Membership Freeze Policy
We understand that sometimes you may need a temporary break.
How Freeze's works

-
All freeze requests must be submitted in advance via the official freeze request form and must include a requested end date.
-
A minimum freeze period of 21 days applies.
-
Maximum freeze period: 3 months.
-
Direct Debit payments will be paused during the approved freeze period.
-
Your membership will automatically resume after the freeze end date provided.
-
Your membership will be extended by the length of the freeze.

Additional conditions

-
New memberships must complete an initial 3-month period before a freeze can be requested.
-
After this initial period, members may request one freeze per calendar year.
Membership Termination Policy
All memberships are billed monthly by Direct Debit and operate on a rolling basis.
If you wish to cancel your membership, we require 30 days written notice.
How cancellation works

-
Notice must be submitted by the Request Form.
-
Your membership will end 30 days from the date your notice is received.
-
This applies regardless of your billing date.

Direct Debit payments during notice

-
Your regular Direct Debit may still be collected during the 30-day notice period.
-
Any payment taken during this time covers your access within the notice period only.
-
Payments made during the notice period do not extend membership beyond your cancellation date.
Access during notice period

-
You will continue to have full access to sessions during the 30-day notice period.
-
Access will automatically end once the notice period has expired.
Example

-
If we receive your cancellation on 5 June, your membership will end on 5 July.
-
A Direct Debit collected on 20 June covers this period only.
