FREEZE

Taking a long holiday or just need a break? Let us know and we can temporality pause your membership.

  • Minimum freeze time is 21 days.

  • Freeze requests must be processed 14 days before the first date of the freeze request.

  • Payments will be paused only during the freeze request.

  • A restart date must be given.

  • Access to all SUMMIT sessions will be withheld for the duration of the freeze.

  • App access will resume on the date of the restart

  • Should you wish to terminate your membership in this period, normal termination proceedings assume. 

  • On return from a freeze, the original agreement restarts and these terms apply form fresh. 

TERMINATION

Decided SUMMIT is no longer for you? You'll be missed! 

Please follow the steps below. 

  • As per the initial agreement signed with SUMMIT Training Club, we require 30 days notice of termination.​

  • You will still be liable for any payments due within this period .

  • Access to all SUMMIT sessions will still be available up until the termination date. 

  • You will be able to resume membership with SUMMIT at any point after your termination, however, new prices may be in effect. 

  • Please complete our exit form to help us continue to deliver the best experience for our members.
