Membership Freeze Request Form

We understand that life sometimes gets in the way and you may need to temporarily pause your membership.
Please read the information below before submitting your request.

Reason for Freeze

Before you submit your request

Freeze requests must be submitted before your requested freeze start date.
Freeze periods must be between 21 days and 3 months.
Your Direct Debit will be paused during your approved freeze.
Your membership will automatically restart on your chosen end date.
Your membership will be extended by the length of the freeze.
Members must complete their initial 3-month commitment before requesting a freeze.
One freeze is permitted per calendar year.
Memberships automatically resume on your agreed return date.
If you decide to cancel after your pause, you must complete one full month of active membership before your cancellation can take effect.
Your membership terms remain unchanged during the pause.

I understand that freezing my membership does not cancel it and that one full calendar month's written notice is required if I wish to end my membership.
